REGULATIONS OF THE WODNIK HOTEL IN KROTOSZYN
The Management Board of Centrum Sportu i Rekreacji WODNIK Sp. z o. o. w Krotoszynie will be grateful for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for guests at our hotel.
§ 1
1. A room in the hotel is rented for days.
2. The hotel day lasts from 3.00 pm to 11.00 am.
3. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, when renting a room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
§ 2
1. According to Art. 13. (1) and (2) of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016, we would like to inform you that the administrator of your personal data is Centrum Sportu i Rekreacji WODNIK Sp. z o. o. w Krotoszynie.
2. The hotel Guest is obliged to fill in the Guest Card, which is a civil law contract for the provision of hotel services between the Guest and the hotel in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016, as well as to show a document with a photo to the receptionist while checking in.
In case of refusal to present the document in a way that prevents check-in, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse to hand over the room key.
3. By filling in the Guest Card, the Guest declares that he has accepted the regulations.
4. The guest may voluntarily provide his telephone number or an e-mail address in order to simplify contact with him during the stay or sending an invoice.
5. The guest is asked to receive marketing / commercial information
for consent in the appropriate places on the Guest Card and for the address
e-mail and / or telephone number.
6. Each data subject has the right to object to further processing at any time in accordance with Art. 21 (2) of the EU Regulation of April 26, 2016, and may withdraw at any time free of charge in writing sent to the following e-mail address: iod@csir.krotoszyn.pl or submitted
at the hotel reception.
7. The guest may also provide company data necessary to issue a VAT invoice.
8. In case of using the hotel car park, the Guest may be asked
for the indication of vehicle registration number.
9. A wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the hotel guest at the reception desk by 10.00 am on the closing date of renting the room.
10. The hotel will take into account the wish to extend the stay as far as possible.
§ 3
1. The hotel guest is not allowed to transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he has paid the payment due for the stay has not expired.
2. Due to the prevailing epidemiological conditions and restrictions, only checked in persons may stay in the hotel.
3. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during his previous stay, grossly violated the hotel regulations by causing damage to the property of the hotel or guests, or damage to the Guests, hotel employees or other people staying at the hotel, or who otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests or the functioning of the hotel.
4. Minors up to 18 years of old or incapacitated persons may stay
in the hotel only in the company of his legal representative or another person taking care of and responsible for them.
§ 4
1. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them at the reception as soon as possible, which allows the hotel to react immediately.
2. The hotel is obliged to provide:
a) conditions for full and unhindered rest for the Guest,
b) security of stay, including confidentiality
c) professional and courteus service for all services provided
in the hotel,
d) performing the necessary repair of the equipment during the Guest's absence, and in his presence only if he wishes to do so. Technically efficient service; in the event/in case of defects that cannot be removed, the hotel will make every effort to change the room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience, if possible.
§ 5
At the Guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
1. Wake up at the specified time.
2. Providing information related to the stay and travel.
3. Cleaning the room
4. First aid provided by the reception staff, calling for medical help.
5. Storing recreational equipment, eg a bicycle, the hotel may refuse to store the equipment on dates other than the dates of the Guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of recreational equipment.
§ 6
At the Guest's request, the hotel provides the following services for a fee:
1. Sale of hot drinks from 6.00 to 22.00.
2. Possibility to deliver flowers by prior arrangement.
3. Hairdressing services by prior arrangement.
§ 7
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of items brought by guests to the hotel.
§ 8
The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
§ 9
1. Curfew between 10 pm and 6 am
2. The behavior of guests and people using the services of the hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests.
§ 10
1. Each time when leaving the room, the Guest should check the locked door
and leave the key at the reception.
2. The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the hotel
through his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
3. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which is e hotel equipment .
4. In case of fire alarm setting off by smoking in the room, the hotel Guest shall bear the costs of calling the fire brigade.
§ 11
Personal belongings left in a hotel room by a Guest will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest. In the event of not receiving the instruction, the hotel will store these items for 3 months, and then donate them to charity or for public use.
§ 12
If you notice a fire, please inform receptionist or another employee immediately, and then evacuate in accordance with the evacuation signs.
§ 13
In the event of a breaking the rules, the Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person who breaches them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demand to settle the amount due for the services provided so far, to pay for any damage and destruction caused, and to leave the premises of the Hotel.
§ 14
The receptionist may refuse to admit a Guest when drunk, under the influence of intoxicants or disturbing the peace of other Guests.
§ 15
Looking after your safety and the safety of our employees, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Development available at: https://www.gov.pl/web/rozwoj/hotele-i-inne-miejsca-noclegowe, we have introduced additional safety and hygiene rules.
Security in the hotel and reception area:
• There is only one entrance to the hotel and three exits
• It is forbidden to stay in hotel rooms of people who are not checked in
• Hotel accepts only healthy people. If there are clear signs of illness, such as coughing, malaise, breathing difficulties, the Guest and accompanying persons will not be admitted to the hotel
• There is information in each zone about the maximum number of guests that can stay
• Only hotel guests, board members, employees and suppliers / service technicians are allowed access to the hotel premises
• Guests, employees and suppliers / service technicians are required to disinfect their hands immediately after entering the hotel, they wear masks and disposable gloves on the premises
• In public areas there are dispensers with disinfectant liquid: in the reception lobby and in the restaurant
• All surfaces and elements of equipment in public areas are systematically disinfected and ventilated
• The elevator should be used alone or with people staying in the same room. We encourage you to use the staircases
• In the reception lobby there is a rule of maintaining a safe, recommended distance between guests
• A transparent cover has been installed at the reception desk
• Disposable face masks can be purchased at the reception
• Our employees are trained in the field of security and maintenance of the hotel in an increased sanitary regime.
• In case of any disturbing disease symptoms during the stay, the Guest is obliged to inform the reception immediately
• The Hotel has the right to suspend the check in of guests if there is a suspicion of infection on the premises of the hotel, which may be the result of the sanitary and epidemiological services. Such a situation will be treated as force majeure, not attributable to the hotel and excluding the hotel's liability for any damage suffered.
In such a case, the hotel will refund the advance payment or deduct a deduction for the unused part of the stay.
Hotel rooms
After each stay, the hotel rooms are cleaned and ventilated using special disinfection procedures, with due diligence and in accordance with GIS guidelines.
Room service during the stay takes place, after prior notification at the reception, only at the Guest's request and in his absence from 08 am to 2 pm.
Personal security
We encourage guests to wash their hands regularly with soap according to the instructions available
in hotel bathrooms, for disinfecting hands and for keeping a safe distance
in direct contacts.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GUESTS STAYING AT THE WODNIK HOTEL WITH A DOG.
1. A guest staying at the hotel has the right, for an additional fee (PLN 50 / day), to live with a dog in rooms specially designated by the hotel.
2. The guest is obliged to inform the hotel reception in advance
about the intention to come with the dog. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to change the previously booked room type. The hotel will also charge a fee for a one-time cleaning of the room in the amount of PLN 400.
3. The owner of the dog is obliged to have a dog bed and a dog health book with current vaccinations, including the obligatory anti-rabies, a muzzle and a leash. The owner of the dog is obliged to present the book to the receptionist during the check-in procedure.
4. The hotel accepts only dogs up to 10 kg in weight and the dog cannot belong to breeds considered aggressive (Ordinance of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration
of April 28, 2003 on the list of dog breeds considered aggressive), in particular:
• American Pit Bull Terrier,
• Mallorca dog - Perro de Presa Mallorguin,
• American Bulldog,
• Argentinean Dog,
• Canary Dog - Perro de Presa Canario,
• Tosa Inu,
• Rottweiler,
• Akbash Dog,
• Anatolian Karabash,
• Moscow Guard Dog.
• Caucasian Shepherd,
5. It is strictly forbidden to bring dogs into the area of:
• Restaurant,
• swimming pool and swimming pool changing rooms,
• bowling room.
6. The owner is obliged to ensure:
• Lanyards
• Muzzle
• Dog bowls
• A towel for wiping the paws and a bedding for the dog.
7. The dog on the premises of the hotel must be on a leash (maximum length 2m) and in a muzzle under the full control of the owner.
8. The dog cannot disturb the rest of the Guests staying at the hotel.
9. During the stay at the Hotel, hotel rooms with dogs will be cleaned only when the dog is not in the room or when the dog's owner is in the room.
10. In order to take care of its physiological needs, the dog should be taken outside the premises. The guest undertakes to immediately clean up the dog's litter.
11. The owner of the dog releases the hotel and its employees from all liability for any damage caused by the dog to third persons and their property.
12. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage, dirt or damage to the equipment and technical devices of the hotel caused by the dog.
13. The amount of the damage fee will be determined by the hotel based on the applicable market prices.
14. The owner of the dog is obliged to follow all comments of the staff
and the hotel management, specifying the rules for the dog's stay in the Hotel.
15. For non-compliance with the above-mentioned regulations, the hotel reserves the right to impose a financial penalty, including refusal to further stay for guests, and the owner at the same time undertakes to leave the Hotel with the dog.
PRICE LIST OF HOTEL CASH PENALTIES.
1. Smoking in prohibited places - PLN 800.
2. Arriving with an animal without the hotel's consent - PLN 800.
3. Night silence disturbances - PLN 1000.
4. Unjustified fire alarm set off PLN 1000.
5. Parking in prohibited places - PLN 300.
6. Cleaning up vomit or other physiological waste - PLN 2000.
